SECTION 21 – COMPLAINTS & WARRANTIES

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work to resolve it as promptly as possible.
Statutory Warranty Rights: To the extent required by applicable law, all products sold through our store are covered by statutory warranty rights. If a product is found to be defective or does not conform to its description at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and the laws of your jurisdiction.
Warranty Claims: To submit a warranty claim, please email request@tasklune.com within the applicable warranty period, including your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photographs where relevant. We reserve the right to assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
SECTION 22 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants statutory withdrawal rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order (the "Withdrawal Period").
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the Withdrawal Period expires by sending a clear written statement to request@tasklune.com. You may use the following model withdrawal statement:
"I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [product name and order number], ordered on [order date] and received on [receipt date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will confirm receipt without undue delay. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you unless we have agreed otherwise.
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons; (b) goods that are clearly personalized or made to your specifications; (c) digital content that has been accessed or downloaded; or (d) any other categories excluded under applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the following provisions apply:
Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, as a member state of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, you agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
EU & EEA Consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country. You may also submit a complaint to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
UK Consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as applicable, and to rely on any mandatory consumer protection rights under UK law.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
